A qualified solicitor with an outstanding track record in commercial law, Kareen has extended her training to become an accredited Executive Coach and NLP Practitioner and qualified at Level A and Level B in occupational testing, offering a powerful toolbox for achieving results.
Fluent in business French, and conversational Spanish and German, Kareen is an international communicator and first class facilitator who will guide and drive you towards accomplishing your work-related goals — be they broadly commercial or specifically legal — or indeed, personal goals to achieve that elusive work-life balance.
With a strong business background, Kareen is confident working in organisations focused on performance, productivity and significant change.
She worked as a commercial solicitor for 13 years, 7 of those years as Head of Legal and Company Secretary with senior management at board level for multi-national organisations such as Ford, Nationwide Building Society, Allianz Cornhill, Cardif Pinnacle (a BNP Paribas company) and Canada Life.
Kareen is a qualified NLP Practitioner and is an AoEC Accredited Executive Coach, recognised by the ICF (International Coach Federation), EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), Middlesex University and AC (Association for Coaching).
